Terms of service

1. The service

FreelancerAI ("the Service") provides access to an autonomous AI agent that produces digital deliverables (texts, images, video, code, documents) on the user's instructions. The Service is operated by FreelancerAI ("we"). Contact: support@freelancerai.ru.

2. Account and eligibility

You must be 18 or older and, for business plans, authorised to bind the company. Keep your credentials secret; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscription, credits and payment

Access requires a paid subscription. Each plan grants a monthly credit package; operations deduct credits at the published rates (100 credits = 1 kr). Top-up packs are available. Prices include Swedish VAT (25 %). Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Credits from a failed operation are refunded automatically. Consumers in the EU have a 14-day withdrawal right, which lapses once you start using the Service with your express consent.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to produce unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to process personal data without a lawful basis, or to violate third-party terms (e.g. marketplace rules). We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

6. Deliverables and intellectual property

You own the deliverables produced for you and may use them commercially. You warrant that you hold the rights to the materials you upload. The Service, its software and brand remain ours.

7. Estimates and quality

Published service prices and delivery times are estimates. AI output can contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing deliverables before use, particularly legal, medical or financial content, which is not professional advice.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for gross negligence or intent, or consumer rights under Swedish law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by e-mail at least 30 days in advance.

10. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts; consumers may also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
