Controller

FreelancerAI is the controller for personal data processed through freelancerai.ru and the Service. Contact: support@freelancerai.ru.

What we process

Account data (e-mail, name, company, VAT number), payment metadata from Stripe (no card numbers), usage data (tasks, credits, logs), the files and instructions you submit, and technical data (IP address, browser).

Why and on what basis

To provide the Service (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to invoice and keep accounting records (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)); to secure and improve the Service (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)); to send the early-access invitation and product news you asked for (consent, Art. 6(1)(a), withdrawable at any time).

Processors

Hosting in the EU; Stripe (payments); AI model providers under data-processing terms that prohibit training on your data; e-mail delivery. A current list is available on request. Transfers outside the EU/EEA, where they occur, rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Account data for the life of the account and 12 months after; invoices 7 years (Swedish Bookkeeping Act); uploaded files and results until you delete them or 90 days after the account is closed; logs 12 months.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Write to support@freelancerai.ru. You may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Cookies

The website uses only strictly necessary cookies and a local-storage preference for language and audience. No advertising trackers.
